Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Western Hygiene Supplies LTD. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Ireland Shipping Policy:
Orders made before 11:00 AM are processed for dispatch by close of business of that day. Orders typically take 2–3 working days to reach our customers. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We request customers to allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email.
Free Delivery:
We offer free delivery on orders over €50 to addresses in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.
